A valid Student ID from the local state must be presented at checkout if you have ordered a Student Cut.
If you bring in your child for a Kids Cut, they must be 11 years old or younger to qualify.
Walk-Ins (No Appointment)
Depending on the volume of current customers, we cannot guarantee the ability to attend customers without an appointment on a first-come first-serve basis. That’s why we highly encourage you to plan ahead and book an appointment online or call your local barber shop to schedule a time.
No Shows (Missed Appointments)
Repeatedly missing appointments (being late by 15 or more minutes) will result in “no-show fee” on your next appointment.
You can place orders online for Merchandise ranging from ManCave for Men apparel to haircare products.
ManCave for Men is an Authorized Retailer of all the products we sell online and in-store. As a luxury salon, we have access to the finest product lines and guarantee the authenticity of all our items.
Order Processing, Shipping & Backorders
Orders can take 24-48 hours to process and ship, and our office works Monday to Friday. If an order is placed on the weekend, the 24-48 hour window does not start until the next working business day.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 30-day exchange policy only if the product arrived damaged or if you are accidentally sent the incorrect item. To send back, reuse the packaging that the item was sent in. The item must be unused and unopened. You will not need to pay for return shipping, we will send you a prepaid postage label if you fill out the form on our support page.
Other than these circumstances, we have a strict no refund policy!
